  • In a large pot, heat your choice of broth over medium heat. Add the sliced serrano peppers, minced garlic, and minced ginger to the pot, stirring to combine.
  • Once the broth is simmering, add gochujang, chili crisp, chili flakes, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, and sriracha. Allow the mixture to simmer for about 10 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
  • While the broth is simmering, cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • After the broth has simmered, taste and adjust the heat level if desired by adding more chili flakes or sriracha.
  • To assemble, place a portion of the cooked noodles in a bowl, ladle the spicy broth over the noodles, and top with your choice of protein.
  • Garnish with soft-boiled eggs, chopped green onions, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds before serving.
