  • In a mixing bowl, combine the milk and protein powder. Use an electric milk frother to blend until smooth and well combined.
  • If using, stir in the creamer and pudding mix until fully incorporated.
  • Pour the mixture into a suitable container for freezing and seal it tightly. Place it in the freezer for at least 24 hours to allow it to set.
  • Once frozen, run the container under hot water for 20–30 seconds to loosen the ice cream.
  • Insert the frozen mixture into the Ninja Creami and use the regular ice cream setting for the first spin.
  • After the first spin, if the texture isn't creamy enough, re-spin as needed.
  • Add your desired mix-ins (like cookies or nuts) and use the mix-in setting for the final spin to incorporate them.
  • For best results, make sure to freeze the base mixture for a full 24 hours before processing it in the Ninja Creami. Additionally, feel free to experiment with different flavor combinations and mix-ins to tailor the ice cream to your taste.
  • If you prefer a sweeter treat, consider adding natural sweeteners like honey or stevia during the mixing stage. Enjoy your high-protein ice cream guilt-free!
