Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the milk and protein powder. Use an electric milk frother to blend until smooth and well combined.
If using, stir in the creamer and pudding mix until fully incorporated.
Pour the mixture into a suitable container for freezing and seal it tightly. Place it in the freezer for at least 24 hours to allow it to set.
Once frozen, run the container under hot water for 20–30 seconds to loosen the ice cream.
Insert the frozen mixture into the Ninja Creami and use the regular ice cream setting for the first spin.
After the first spin, if the texture isn't creamy enough, re-spin as needed.
Add your desired mix-ins (like cookies or nuts) and use the mix-in setting for the final spin to incorporate them.
For best results, make sure to freeze the base mixture for a full 24 hours before processing it in the Ninja Creami. Additionally, feel free to experiment with different flavor combinations and mix-ins to tailor the ice cream to your taste.
If you prefer a sweeter treat, consider adding natural sweeteners like honey or stevia during the mixing stage. Enjoy your high-protein ice cream guilt-free!
