  • Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the meat, then pour in the water. Stir to combine and let it simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.
  • While the beef is cooking, warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave until they're pliable.
  • Assemble the tacos by placing a generous amount of the seasoned beef mixture onto each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and cheese. Add sour cream and salsa if desired.
