Instructions:
Begin by preparing your ingredients. Core and chop the apples into small pieces and peel and chop the banana. This will make it easier to blend everything smoothly.
In a blender, add the chopped apples, banana, yogurt, and almond milk. If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, you can also add honey at this stage.
Sprinkle in the cinnamon for added flavor and nutrition. If you like your smoothie chilled, add a handful of ice cubes to the blender.
Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy. Make sure there are no chunks of fruit remaining.
Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or cinnamon to your liking. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
Once blended to perfection, pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. You can also garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top if desired.
