  • Begin by preparing your ingredients. Core and chop the apples into small pieces and peel and chop the banana. This will make it easier to blend everything smoothly.
  • In a blender, add the chopped apples, banana, yogurt, and almond milk. If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, you can also add honey at this stage.
  • Sprinkle in the cinnamon for added flavor and nutrition. If you like your smoothie chilled, add a handful of ice cubes to the blender.
  • Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy. Make sure there are no chunks of fruit remaining.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or cinnamon to your liking. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
  • Once blended to perfection, pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. You can also garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top if desired.
