Balsamic Food Recipes

Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • 4 chicken thighs bone-in and skin-on
  • 1/2 cup balsamic glaze
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cooking Instructions:
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the balsamic glaze, olive oil, tomato paste, honey, lemon juice, thyme, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
  • Add the chicken thighs to the bowl, guaranteeing they're fully coated in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best flavor.
  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper for easier cleanup.
  • Place the marinated chicken thighs skin-side up in the baking dish. Pour any remaining marinade over the chicken.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F (75 degrees C) and the skin is crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • For an extra touch, consider garnishing the dish with freshly chopped herbs or a sprinkle of feta cheese. This won't only enhance the presentation but also add an additional layer of flavor.
  • Don't forget to serve the chicken with a drizzle of any leftover glaze for an extra burst of tangy sweetness. Enjoy your delicious balsamic glazed chicken thighs!
