  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh lemon wedges for serving
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Place the salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish, skin-side down. Pour the olive oil mixture over the fillets, ensuring they're evenly coated.
  • Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  • Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
  • For best results, choose fresh, high-quality salmon fillets. If you're using frozen salmon, be sure to thaw them completely in the refrigerator before cooking.
